Apple Sued by Angry “Breaking Bad” Fans

Many “Breaking Bad” enthusiasts eagerly bought what seemed to be the full final season of the show via Apple, but they quickly found out that their ‘full season’ purchase didn’t actually include the entirety of the show’s final episodes.

Confusion ensued after AMC announced they would split up the remaining sixteen episodes of the show, naming the two seasons ‘Season 5’ and ‘The Final Season’ on iTunes. claims that Apple released the following to those feeling mislead by their purchase, “While the names of the seasons and episodes associated with them were not chosen by iTunes, we’d like to offer you ‘The Final Season’ on us by providing you with the iTunes code below in the amount of $22.99. This credit can also be used for any other content on the iTunes Store. Thank you for your purchase.”

No word yet as to whether the plaintiff will drop the lawsuit.
