is seeking almost $400,000 in damages against J. Taikwok Yung for setting up four websites using the Trump name. Yung and Trump have been embroiled in the same legal battle since 2011 after Trump initially requested the sites be taken down. Yung filed the first suit against Trump, claiming freedom of speech.
Trump maintains that Yung is in violation of U.S. Law for using his trademark Internet domain name, and Trump’s attorney recently told CNN that he “has spent his career establishing his famous name and brand and is not going to sit by idly and allow a pathetic squatter like Mr. Yung to infringe on his well-established rights.”
