Marshall Mathers AKA Eminem is being sued for $9 million over a Chrysler commercial—by a homeless man.

Stephen Lee Pieck, who lists his address as “homeless,” submitted the suit early last month at the United States District Court in the Southern District of New York.

Pieck claims that he was dining with Christina Aguilera and her ex-husband Jordan Bratman at the Legal Seafood restaurant in White Plains New York in 2010, when Aguilera was on the phone with Eminem. He claims that Aguilera passed him the phone and he then gave Eminem the suggestion for the ‘Born Of Fire’ commercial.

Pieck said, “I want the court to reward me a judgment in the amount of $9 million. I designed every aspect of the commercial and the commercial was stolen from me. In addition, I did not receive compensation in monetary terms for the work I did.”

The ‘Born Of Fire’ commercial was shown during the Super Bowl in 2011 and features Eminem’s hit single ‘Lose Yourself.’
