where Rivers resides in her 30 million dollar penthouse. Rivers and Hazan initially had a disagreement over Hazan’s alleged failure to pay about two hundred thousand dollars in apartment fees.

However, the lawsuit has been brought on by the apartment’s new owners, Real Estate Holdings Group. Since Hazan sold them 2 million dollar unit 1-A, they claim that the fiery comedian and her fellow board members have “physically sabotaged” the apartment. Reports of Rivers ripping wires from cable boxes, applying glue into locks and stealing mail and packages are all being upheld by the Real Estate Holdings Group.

Elizabeth Hazan, 41, has lashed out, exacerbating her personal fued with Rivers saying:

“Her problem with me is that I’m young, she’s old, I’m beautiful, she’s ugly. Without makeup she looks like the Joker in Batman. She spat in my face and called me a whore in front of my mother and brother when they were visiting me. Most mean woman you can imagine.”

Surprisingly, Rivers, who is 80 years old, has not yet responded to her former neighbor’s biting outburst. Her attorney Kevin Smith was unable to provide a comment on her statements either. However, Hazan’s team was denied immediate access to her former home at a hearing on Wednesday by Supreme Court Judge Anil Singh. The battling teams were ordered to work it out back in court later this month.
