That’s the message from the lawyer of one of the plaintiffs in a sexual battery suit against Hollywood icon John Travolta.

The declaration comes after radaronline reported that the lawsuit filed by an Atlanta masseur would head to private mediation. The Atlanta suit came just days after a similar claim was made by another unidentified man.

Attorney Okorie Okorocha was representing both of Travolta’s accusers. The first suit was ultimately dropped by Okorocha after the plaintiff admitted he was confused about the actual date of the incident.

says he gave in Travolta’s room at an Atlanta hotel. He says the actor exposed himself during the session.

Okorocha says that he’s had discussions with Travolta attorney Marty Singer about the matter heading to court.

“We know it will be a full trial with a private judge and court reporter. That’s why I filed Doe complaints. I want privacy for sex-crime victims,” said Okorocha. He added that Singer is prepared to “fight to the death” to defend Travolta against the charges.

Singer says that the claims are “absurd and ridiculous” and that Travolta will be “fully vindicated in court on both of these absurd and fictional claims.”

Travolta has been married to actress Kelly Preston for 20 years. After losing their son Jett back in 2009 they have two surviving children. He’s starred in a number of wildly successful films including Saturday Night Fever, Grease, and Broken Arrow.
