Dwayne Walker sued the rap mogul over the design of his Roc-A-Fella records logo.

Walker is accusing Jay-Z of copyright infringement and breach of contract. He is also suing Universal Music Group and Roc-A-Fella co-founder Damon Dash.

The clothing designer is seeking more than $7 million. He claims he created the label’s logo back in 1995.

Walker’s attorney Gregory Berry pointed out how the order to make Jay-Z testify would stop the defendants’ delay tactics. Jay-Z’s camp has not commented on the judge’s order.
