Kardashian Sisters Hit with QuickTrim Lawsuit

You would be hard pressed to find a bottle of QuickTrim that did not have one of the Kardashian sisters plastered all over it. Kim, Khloe and Kourtney have all endorsed the product and are now being accused of false advertising.

Four customers who say they bought QuickTrim based solely on the endorsements by the Kardashians have filed a $5 million class-action lawsuit against the sisters. The Manhattan federal court filing states that “QuickTrim is marketed by the defendants as a clinically proven formula that will increase metabolism, curb appetite and promote weight loss.” The four customers claim they did not see the results the Kardashian sisters did. In addition, the FDA does not consider it a safe or healthy way to shed weight.

Kardashian representatives have so far refused to comment.
