The ongoing feud between rapper Pitbull and Lindsay Lohan has is taking a turn–this time, towards Lohan’s attorney.
Lohan first sued Pitbull for defaming her name in his hit song, “Give Me Everything.” The singer attempted to have the case dismissed on terms that he was protected by an artist’s right to expression, which includes the names of other celebrities in their songs. Lohan’s attorney, Stephanie Ovadia, responded by submitting additional legal interpretations to attempt to salvage the case.
In a complete turnaround, Pitbull has retaliated with plagiarism charges against Lohan. Pitbull accuses Lohan’s attorney of plagiarizing legal briefs, essentially claiming that Lohan’s prosecution was formed using online sources.
Ovadia has not commented on Pitbull’s accusation.
