Scarlett Johansson is suing a French publisher for using her name without her permission. JC Lattes allegedly allowed the use of her name in Gregoire Delacort’s The First Thing We Look At. Johansson snapped, filing legal papers to seek damages and set a ban on further versions in the potential series. The author defends his work, saying he used her name to describe a character’s features.
